Just picked up a pair of Monitor 10a‘s. Any advice?

Lots of help here. There are members here that can rebuild the crossovers for you. Member westmassguy did mine as well as many other members here. Several other modifications that you can do that are relatively inexpensive that will really step them up a notch. Post some pictures and ask plenty of questions. We will be glad to help you spend your money!
