repair questions

I called Polk Customer service about getting a plate amp fixed for a PSW and was given an address in San Diego to send it to. I was unable to get any info on what the repair policy is: if there is a fee to look at it, a possible estimate for repairs, how long it may take, and any specifics on shipping the unit to ensure I get it back. Can you offer any suggestions on this issue?

    I'd call Ken back.

Do you know if you are in warranty? I believe normally you are asked to include a copy of the receipt and a brief description of the problem along with your personal info.
