As I mentioned in earlier threads, I am moving, and also took advantage of the F&F sale to get a set of LSiM 705's a pair of 702 F/X's and a 706C. The folks buying this house got a demo of my current LSi 7.2 system and I could tell they liked it alot. My original assertion was that it was not for sale as I wasn't willing to part with my Sunfire TGA-7401 and my Marantz AV7701 as I could never replace them. I also didn't want to sell the dual DSWMP3K's. So I gots to thinkin...
So I put a package together:
LSi 15's $700
LSi C $200
LSI F/X's $300
LSI 7's $250
DSW MP1K $300
Pair of Stands 0
Yamaha TSR-6750 AVR $200
Monster Power Center 0
Sanus Cabinet $100
Oppo BDP 93 $250
Speaker cables, HDMI's, Speaker cables etc... 0
Installed and configured. 0
Pair of Atrium 8 SDI's $200
Wireless b/g/n router $200
Cash $2700
I don't have to move them and don't have to ship them or put them on ebay or nothing... I configured it today as I packed up my amp/prepro and subs..... and it does sound decent enough...
So thanks to F&F and a little creative thinking I got upgraded to LSiM's and a OPPO BDP103D for about $950!

Sweet deal. That whole "don't have to move them and don't have to ship them or put them on ebay..." is worth a lot.
Congrats and enjoy. Fantastic speakers.Things work out best for those who make the best of the way things work out.-John Wooden -
WHOA.... For that price, you did awesome.
So how does the LSiM setup sound to your ear, compared to lsi?
It's already impressive how good a well configured lsi setup can sound. Key phrase being well configured.Living Room 7.1 HT Rig:

Great thinking Mikey. I may be in the same boat, not moving but thinking of an easy way to sell off my RTiA's in favor of the LSiM's.Anaheim Hills CA,
