Is there anyone here who can identify values of transistors, resistors...
The subwoofer powers up but no output. there are 2 clear burn marks on the board. I would like to try to repair myself but have no idea of the values.
See attached pictures.

Resistor values are denoted by the color coded bands...and a multiplier color band...Transistors have a code on them..you will need a cross reference..either on line or reference manual...It will tell you the manufacturer and type...also the ECB pins...as well as other pertinent data....

The one in the lower center..looks to be a 1K ohm....the transistors,I would have to see the flat side to get the numbers .....

I am assuming that the only issue is the resistor, would I be wrong to assume that?

Well...my question to myself would be what caused the excess current to cause the board to scorch like that....what do the solder joints on the flip side look like? Do you have a schematic to verify that resistors function in that circuit?

Upon closer inspection..it looks like you burned two sections of that board...was there a direct line short? Might be easier for you to get a replacement board...looks to be a Power Supply board??

Yes there are 2 burn marks, both are the same resistor. Don't know, I got the amp that way. I figured I would just try to replace the resistors that went bad and hope that was the only issue. If not I would sell it as is and hope someone with a technical background would buy it and fix it.

You could try that...but those resistors do not look burned...my guess is that being the same component..at different stages of the board was the result of a direct line short..more than likely part of the protection circuit of the power supply...the conductor paths on the reverse..more than likely are melted...that's why I suggested getting another board...

I will have to take a closer look.
Thanks for your help!
