PSW505 output/sound stopped/almost none

PSW505 was working perfectly, Set volume on unit to about 40-42 percent with LFE IN. Stopped using entertainment system for a couple of months and now without any changes/modifications there is no sound/rumble from PSW505. What are the possible problems and the procedure to test? Thanks.

    Welcome to Polk's forum. One of the way to test your woofer is to turn it's volume all the way down and remove the sub-cable going into the LFE input. Then connect either the right or left audio output of your DVD/CD player into the LFE input. Then begin playing a CD and slowly turn the volume up on the sub.
