Problem with PSW125

Hello,
I have a PSW 125 since last year. It was working properly yet yesterday and suddenly it began to make a repetitive noise, like a beat, even on standby and with no connection to the A/V system.
I live in Spain, I don´t know if there is a customer or technical service in my country, or what I have to do to fix this issue.
Any ideas will be welcome, thank you very much in advance,
