This is where science fascinates me. When you can start growing organs and surgically replacing the bad ones. Though I do kinda wonder of all the organs to grow and test, why they started with a ****. Well, like the late Robin Williams said, men think with their penises anyway. So it's kinda like brain surgery.

I didn't read it all the way through but it appears they need a donor **** (cadaver?) from which they strip the donor's cells leaving collagen to deposit the recipient's cells. But maybe they can 3D print collagen of any size/shpae **** you want. That and a hair transplant... good to go!
