When i play my ipod on these headphones it sounds garbled. Not even like a wire connection issue because moving the wire does not change the sound. It is increasingly pronounced as the volume increases. If i plug in other headphones my ipod sounds fine. Thank you, Bob

Welcome to Polk's forum. It's probably a problem with the Nue Era, give Polk CS a call on Monday at 1-800-377-7655. They'll need to know when and where they were purchased for warranty consideration.
