Just a hint of harshness

My modded CRS+ speakers and system in general has gone through a ton of change in the past month. Here is what I've changed:
-Big new Tube Amp (yay) 90wpc, Rogue Stereo 99 Super Magnum (beast)
-New cables from Doug. This was the first time I spent almost $300 on cables (thanks Club Polk)
-New caps and resistors (sonicap & mills) for the cover
-New Jantzen inductors on the xover's
-New Erse Super Q 16mh inductors (if you haven't done this yet, you're a fool. What a difference in bass response)
-Dynamat Xtreme for the speaker baskets
-New Oppo 105D
Obviously this is a ton of change in a couple of months time and I understand things are still burning in.
What I'm hearing is some harshness around around the upper mid treble range. The "high highs" don't sound harsh if that makes sense. I'm sure I'm going to hear that burn in is the cause but I have a feeling it could be something else. Maybe an error in the xover? I have swapped out amps & preamps and the problem is still there. The tube equipment helps but it doesn't solve it. I can't say whether or not this was an issue before the mods or if I'm just listening more closely. I do have a .5 ohm resistor in place of polyswitch btw.
Just looking for ideas at this point & thanks guys!

Burn-In is certainly a factor. Sonicaps for the Hi & Lo-Pass? Are the new Inductors the correct gauge, have the correct DCR, and mh value? Which Tweeter, 194, or did you TL them and install 198s?
I haven't done the inductors on my CRS+s except for the 16mh, but did do them on my 2As, and discovered that what's on the schematic, is not what was on the crossovers.Home Theater/2 Channel:

I'd say burn in is a factor. Also, how old is the Oppo 105? I don't recall mine ever sounding harsh unless the source material sucked. I have noticed that it improved, became smoother and more 3 dimensional with several hundred hours of play."Science is suppose to explain observations not dismiss them as impossible" - Norm on AA; 2.3TL's w/sonicaps/mills/jantzen inductors, Gimpod's boards, Lg Solen SDA inductors, RD-0198's, MW's dynamatted, Armaflex speaker gaskets, H-nuts, brass spikes, Cardas CCGR BP's, upgraded IC Cable, Black Hole Damping Sheet strips, interior of cabinets sealed with Loctite Power Grab, AI-1 interface with 1000VA A-L transformer

Solens for the low pass and sonicap everywhere else. All inductors are correct and were ordered from the man himself at VR3 mods. They are TL'ed with the 198's.
How off was the schematic? That's not good lol.
I must say, things have settled down since my original post. The system has been running non-stop since then. Still evaluating but things are sounding absolutely excellent with the new inductors.

The Low Pass inductors on the schematic for the 2As show 18 gauge. The actual inductors are 22 gauge.Home Theater/2 Channel:
