I stumbled on these on the Logitech Harmony site. Supposedly the Harmony Ultimate can control them.
They look cool, but wonder if they are just an over-priced gimmick... Wondering if anyone has used them and what your thoughts/experience has been. Wondering how well they work.

Never heard of them before.
But I bet they are insanely expensive. -
$200 for the starter kit (comes with 3 bulbs, and the bridge...) - yeah, very expensive!

They could look sweet in the right application, though.2 ChannelTurntable - VPI Classic 2/Ortofon 2M BlueAmplification - Rogue Audio Cronus Magnum II, Parks Audio Budgie PhonoSpeakers - GoldenEar Triton 17.2 Home TheaterDenon AVR-X3300W; Rotel RMB-1066; Klipsch RP-280F's, Klipsch RP-450C, Polk FXi3's, Polk RC60i; Dual SVS PB 2000's; BenQ HT2050; Elite Screens 120"Man CaveTurntable - Pro-Ject 2.9 Wood/Grado GoldAmplification - Dared SL2000a, McCormack DNA 0.5 DeluxeCD: Cambridge AudioSpeakers - Wharfedale Linton 85th Anniversary; LSiM 703; SDA 2A

I know. Even with the steep price tag, I'm mysteriously drawn to them like a bug to... well...

I have a "built-in" audio rack. The strip lights would be sweet along the inside edge all the way around.2 ChannelTurntable - VPI Classic 2/Ortofon 2M BlueAmplification - Rogue Audio Cronus Magnum II, Parks Audio Budgie PhonoSpeakers - GoldenEar Triton 17.2 Home TheaterDenon AVR-X3300W; Rotel RMB-1066; Klipsch RP-280F's, Klipsch RP-450C, Polk FXi3's, Polk RC60i; Dual SVS PB 2000's; BenQ HT2050; Elite Screens 120"Man CaveTurntable - Pro-Ject 2.9 Wood/Grado GoldAmplification - Dared SL2000a, McCormack DNA 0.5 DeluxeCD: Cambridge AudioSpeakers - Wharfedale Linton 85th Anniversary; LSiM 703; SDA 2A -

Many of the higher end Harmony remotes can control X-10 devices, switches, dimmers etc.. Might be a cheaper route, and X-10 devices have been around a long time. It's a proven technology.Home Theater/2 Channel:
