About the boom mic?

So I just got my 4 Shot headset on Saturday and I registered it yesterday. I was wondering is that all I have to do because I'm thinking to myself like "it can't be that simple". Please and thank you for a response.

Welcome to Polk's forum. You have done all you need to do, the rest happens automatically a replacement microphone will be sent to you as quickly as possible.

Okay so i got the boom mic today and tried it out but there is this echo that cannot go away after everything i tried it will not leave.

The recommendations from the QA guys is to re-download the controller firmware and to reduce the headphone gain. I hope this is helpful.

I've just bought polk 4 shots via amazon, but I'm not a resident of US and i was wondering if I would be able to get the boom mic or is it just for US citizens. Ah and there is one more problem, there ain't any officially polk 4 shot sale on in my country (Poland Europe)

Great! Thanks for the info I'm glad to hear it , so I will just wait patiently for my delivery from amazon and then I'll send and an e-mail to Polk CS.
