Polk Melee Mic Doesn't Work On PC Phone etc.

Hello Polks!

I just purchased Polk Melee headset, and i have problem with mic. It doesn't work for me at all.
I don't have Xbox, i am PC user, but i read that i can use this headset with PC or phone to answer the calls, that's why i chose them(and of course amazing design).

Sound works perfectly(thank you for this). But on my PC and Phone mic is inactive. I tried to put cable in and out on different devices, but nothing works.

I found many threads about mic issues, and about some solutions with new audio adapter. But as i understand all customers had problems with sensitivity of mic. But in my situations it doesn't work even when i'm screaming.

So maybe this mic can work only on Xbox? Or i got defective headset? Maybe chat pro adapter(or how you call it) can solve my problem?

It has been tested on PC(Windows), MacOS, iPhone.
