surroundbar 4000

we already own one surroundbar 4000 and love it,move it around,hook up to t.v. and ipad so a second one came on sale at bestbuy so we bought it so we wouldn't be moving one all the time! hooked it up and have no sub working! tried the troubleshooting,different channels,no go! Put the sub from the other unit with the bar and it works fine so how do i get this sub to work? Power light is on,remote works fine on controlling sub action but nothing from this sub!

    Hello,
    Welcome to Polk's forum. It might be something simple such as a disconnected wire from the bass amp to the woofer. It's probably best to give Polk's CS guys a call at 1-800-377-7655.
