Suggestions for new media center/entertainment center

So the wife just came to her senses and agreed that our current EC looks too small under our new 70" TV. I'd like something mostly open/glass but she wants something a little more closed, like with doors and stuff. Is there a particular website/store that anyone here goes to and is satisfied with? I did a search on Amazon and went through 6 pages of crap before posting here.

Salamander Synergy line can be customized for any configuration someone might want from no doors to perforated metal to smoked glass. Can be pricey though, and prices are mostly tightly controlled regardless of retailer.

I've ordered mine from Audio Advisor before, but places like Best Buy can also special order them. And they are available from Amazon. Check out the Salamander website though to see what all the options are.

that would be my choice for some really nice EC's.

also try Wayfair for EC's as this is where I finally found the one I ended up with.
