Surroundbar4000 Interferes With Wifi

I just received a new Surroundbar 4000. The remote does not work but I still have to try replacing the battery. The biggest problem is that it interferes with the wifi hookup to my xbox one. The subwoofer also makes the pulsing noise that others have explained.
Any work around for this or do i have to sell it?
