My almost finished project The new spot for the HT

Well its almost complete part of the wall left to patch and reprime then the paint goes up the wife picked out a light tan to match the sheets of wains coating and the leather couch so all that's left is the painting, and putting the new HT downstairs. Which will contain RTIA5's, A3's for rears and surrounds, CSIA6, Onkyo TX NR838 Adcom 5503, from Ryan (ZLTFUL) and the Oppo 105D. The tv is either going to be the Samsung HU8550 UHD or the LG 55UB8500UHD.


Its been a little over a year since the basement flooded its almost done, lots of stress and lots of work. I will post pics when its all done I'm hoping in a week or two.

    Nice work... went through the same mess a few years back... first thing I id was put french drains and sump pump with battery b/u.. and we had to use it when Irene and sandy hit

    Yeah we gutted the basement had drain tile put in and this here triple safe 3 pumps a primary a secondary and a battery back up in case the other two fail plus a alarm if the system fails plus this dehumidifier that covers 2000 square feet and drains into the system. with all that plus new tile carpet and wains coating trim it set us back about 13 grand plus all the upgrades to the HT we will be eating a lot of Mac and Cheese at least we will be dry and have decent tunes and movies to watch. Mikey your area looks friggen awesome congrats on your new SDA's. I still need to paint behind the triple safe last to do on my list its in the storage room .
