i've bought this sub from ebay. on the sub itself near the power cord is written "110v-240v". under the sub there's a sticker that's says "model:psw125 cherry 100v". which one is it? i'm form israel and i need 220V. can i safely connect it to the ac line or should i use a step down transformer? thanks.

Hello,
Welcome to Polk's forum. That subwoofer was made in two versions, a "domestic" 117V version and an "export" 220V version. Where was the unit you have shipped from, what country?

Hello,
Let me check with Polk's CS department, some subs can be used with different voltages, but let me check to be sure.

Hello,
The PSW125 is not an auto-switching sub, you'll have to use it with a step down transformer.

thanks anyway.
