Dsw micropro 2000 intermittent power on...

So my dsw micropro 2000 won't power on all of the sudden. I'll leave it plugged in for awhile and say a month later it'll suddenly start working for maybe a week then it'll stop. It turned on yesterday for a couple hours then nothing. I've tried all modes and checked the fuse.
