    Yeah, but we just saw this last year with the lawsuit between Robin Thicke and the family of Marvin Gaye. Thicke had to pay up even though the Marvin's song was over 40 years old.

    Now, waiting forty years to sue is pretty odd. Perhaps Mr. California was just not litigious and his heirs are.
