Not sure what happened.... Lost a tweeter in my R60 Series ii tower. Cheaper speaker, but want it fixed of course because I do like the way they sound. I didn't send any [SQUARE] waves through the speaker as far as I know. Should I contact Polk for a replacement? Hate to spend more money on these but... ugggg.
I re-flow'd some solder directly on the tweeter terminals (many times voice coil wires give up around that location so its an easy "nothing to lose" solution) but it didn't come back to life. No way to pull this sucker apart for repair... too commercial.
Part number on back of tweeter - RD4095-1
Maybe I should contact Polk directly?
Thanks.

There's an idea.Political Correctness'.........defined
"A doctrine fostered by a delusional, illogical minority and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a t-u-r-d by the clean end."
