I didn't get to finish this album earlier today. So, I put it back on the player after picking up my daughter at the airport for a weekend visit. She and I are enjoying it together!
It is, I would say, lusciously mellow. Excellent sound quality to boot!

Labor Day Weekend in 1982 was the US Festival (pronounced like a noun not as initials), which Steve Wozniak put on in South Cali to celebrate music and tech. It only lasted two years and Woz lost a reported $10 million, but a fantastic line-up. Supposedly, Van Halen had a favored nation clause that mandated they not be paid less than any other act. At the last minute, Woz wanted David Bowie, who was on tour in Europe and said he'd fly his gear and band over for $1.5 million. Woz paid it and also paid Van Halen an additional half million over their agreed upon million. So Bowie cost Woz a cool $2 million, but hey he liked Bowie. And Woz's still doing okay, right?
