Thanks P-man! I gave this a quick listen on-line after you posted it. I wasn't aware of this later recording. Even though I enjoy his psych. pop, this acoustic folk is very nice indeed!

Excellent band (albeit, rotating members) and had the pleasure of seeing them several times in Germany and the USA. Rick Medlocke is the man. Funny story...Saw Blackfoot, Nazareth and Ten Years After when I lived in New Hampshire, late 80's. Talked my way backstage and met the boys in Nazareth. Following week I called in to a local radio station hosting an interview w/Rick Medlocke and spoke with him. Also, won tickets to see the same tour (Road Warriors) in Maine.
Skip to Maine and it was an outdoor venue. Getting ready to leave and I was behind the bleachers taking a leak. Looked to my left and Rick walked by. I zipped up and hurried over to meet him. He was heading to a staging area and said he'd be back to chat. True to his word he, and Gunner Ross, returned and we bs'd for quite a while. Autographed the opposite side of the paper I was given that Nazareth had signed the week before. Unfortunately, they used a felt tip pen and it bled through on the Naz autographs.
At the time, Rick was still a struggling musician and the Blackfoot I grew up on was pretty much over. He was driving himself from gig-to-gig in a Ford Econoline van. Florida vanity license plate was "NATIVE" as I recall. He told me to keep an eye out for him on the open road.
Rick grew up w/the boys from Lynyrd Skynyrd, was a session player for them in the 70's, and eventually rejoined Skynyrd as lead guitarist. Wonderfully down to earth guy and, IMO, a superb Southern Rock guitarist! Would love to see the Blackfoot of old, to include Jakson Spires, Greg T. Walker and Charlie Hargrett, together again.➀Speakers: Polk1.2tl's (Uber Mods) ➁Pre/Amp/DAC: PS Audio BHK Signature & 250, DirectStream ➂Cables/IC's: MIT S1Bi-Wire/S1 Balanced +Avel Lindberg 1000VA "Dreadnought" ➃Power Conditioner: PS Audio P15 Power Plant ➄Power Cords: Core Power Technologies Gold, DH Labs Power Plus DIY w/Neotech NC-P301 & P311ends ➅Streaming: Roon ROCK on wifi'd NUC, TP-Link WAP, & Uptone EtherREGEN, AfterDark, Emperor Double Crown Clock, Black Modernize LPS, PS Audio AirLens⟿Ω☯☥☮⟿🔊♩♪♫♬♩♪♫♬♩♪♫♬ -

I have two of the silver Samsung DVD HD 841 and one black Samsung DVD HD 950. Under $10.00 each at thrift shops over the years. The blue display is quite bright. Use them occasionally for SACD's on smaller systems, never tried the DVD on them. -
That one was on the freebie table at NEARC (http://www.nearc.net/, now NEVEC* ) last month.
Coupla nights ago, I 'programmed' a universal remote control to operate at least its basic functions -- and those of that dump find Yamaha Rx under it, too I felt very powerful.
For the record -- I actually managed to resist the 'matching' Samsung DVD/VHS combo player it was sittin' on top of.
