What Are You Listening To?

Brings back memories of my son.....when he is less than a year old. His crib/swing was set within 1 feet of the main speakers of my system while he slept.
Broke his *** in from the start. (We actually started before that....WELL before that but I'm not bragging. I am raising my child from the start to enjoy music and tolerate "noise"...
Which he requests often.
From the belly to 9 years old. Gotta love it!!!

Air Supply would put him to sleep within a minute. I put them on and *GONE*
Right next to the main speaker at more than a loud volume......he was DONE.

Yesterday the Mrs and I went to see Blue Man Group at the Luxor. Well, I was quite surprised and impressed! The acoustics were excellent, way better than I expected. So I bought a couple of their CD’s!

I've used their CD's for demos A LOT in the past. And I've played them for my old friends this year too. That Album set Drew told me about that was on sale sounds GREAT too. 180 gram double album set.

Most people just listen to music and watch movies. I EXPERIENCE them.

Oleta Adams. The very best of. This singer was discovered and featured on the Tears for Fears The Seeds of Love album. She sang in the Woman in Chains track, et., al. After that, her career took off. She's got such a heavenly strong voice, that of an angel, IMO!

It seems like all I want to listen to these days is loungey downbeat, downtempo, trip hop, chillout, etc. Always gravitating toward the mellow and relaxing.
Although my KMFDM and Fear Factory CDs are feeling neglected. -

That’s a great deal, I’ve had the 3910 and 2910 excellent sounding units. Doors tend to stick sometimes but no big deal for what the sound quality is
