HI,
I have purchased a Wireless F/X Surround and the sound is great, but, the device has a lot of pop's and audio losses, how can I avoid that? sometimes for seconds I can hear only pop's and scratches.
May could be any type of signal interference?
Can I avoid that?
Regards.

Hello,
Welcome to Polk's forum. Do you have any other wireless device in the speaker's vicinity?

Hello,
Since these wireless devices share a similar transmitting frequency it is possible there could be some interference causing the noises. As a test is there a way you could move either the Polk transmitter or one or both of the other devices?

Thanks.
