Anyone have any opinions on worthy upgrades or mods that can be made to the RT3000 tweeters (SL6502)? Also, is there any differences between the SL6502's that the 3k's come with and the other tweeters I've seen listed here and there (SL6506...SL6510?)
Too many good quotes to list..waiting for some fresh ammo. :)

I know when I got replacements for other RTxxxi Series speakers the tweeter used a neodymium magnet, not a traditional ferrite magnet.

Also, the tweeter fabric looked different. Sounded fine, never took the time to do any critical listening tests to compare, but may offer an avenue for upgrades.

You could always ensure there are no electrolytic caps in the signal path of the crossover; film caps always sound better.
