Just got a dsw550 to replace and old sub.
Hooked it up via wired.
I have very little sound coming out of it.
I have adjust and tuned it and my adjust my reciever and still no difference in sound quality.
I have the sub turned up to the max volume of 40 and no difference.
Possible a bad unit?

Hello,
Welcome to Polk's forum. Am I correct that if the same cable were connected to your old sub and it worked then connected to the new sub and there's no sound? Then, yes there's a problem with the sub and it should be exchanged by the place it was purchased.

Yes it was the same rca cable.
