Polkaudio - Atrium 4, dust cap felt off

Hello!
Recently, I got a really good deal on Polkaudio Atrium4 speakers. However, once I got back home, I figure out that one of the
speakers has its dust cap off of the membrane of the speaker. I am pretty sure I would get money back if I return these
speakers to the store, but I would love to have them and use them, I don't want to return them to the store. it was the last pair and again the deal was really good.
Do you have any tip what to do in this situation?
I could glue it, not a big deal, but how to open the speaker to get to the membrane, that's a big problem... Tried a few ways and still no success.
Is it possible to get help from the manufacturer?
Any help/tip would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!

Hello,
I'm sure Polk can help, give them a call at: 1-800-377-7655 anytime during the day.

Thanks for the reply. I contacted them, they send me new "4 1/2-inch (11.43cm) long-throw mineral-filled polypropylene cone driver" , that goes inside Atrium 4. Unfortunately, there was no instruction how to open the Atrium 4 speaker itself, so I can replace the broken speaker. Should I call them again about that?

Hello,
That would be a good idea, the Atrium 4 was developed after I retired from Polk so I'm not familiar enough to give you instructions. They are 1-800-377-7655 as a reminder.
