    There's a HCA-2003 for sale on Ebay, but its not an "A", with the 12v trigger, and seems way over priced at $800.....

    Looks like I spoke too soon, just found another HCA-2003A, but for $900. Seems like a lot for a 16 year old amp. Thoughts???

    IMHO $900 is too high for a 2003A.

    If I trip over a good deal on a HCA-2205A I'd be happy to sell you my Minty HCA-2003A :)

    I believe there are two 2205's on Ebay right now......

    Tonyb - that hifishark site is great. Thanks for sharing. Already contacted the guy selling the 1500A in Santa Cruz, unfortunately he will not ship. Too bad, I would have snatched that right up. A couple others are listed there I might check on too though.

    I'm looking at a 1200mkII, but there's no 12v trigger, so not sure how to work around that without a manual push of the power button. Everything is currently controlled by my universal remote, so don't want to take a step backwards.

    Just gotta get Inspector 24 to sell me his 2003A. Couple of 2205's for sale at the shark......

    Hmm...tempting.....

    Maybe I'll drop a line to those guys and see what they say. My two biggest concerns being that is actually is minty, works perfect and their ability to properly ship an amp of that size...I've already had a couple Polk Farm Boy experiences with amps and poor shipping....

    Meh, the two $499 amps look like the same seller, and he says local only. :/

    There was one local to me but sold right before I saw this post.

    Yep, in fact now I have two amps and need to sell one. I bought a 1500A although my goal was a 2003A, but figured that was going to be a longer wait. Of course within a week of getting the 1500A, I had an opportunity to purchase a 2003A. So I did. Its still in route, but when it arrives, it'll go in my rig to confirm that's what I want to keep. So either way, either the 1500A or 2003A will be listed for sale this weekend. Watch the For Sale listings for anyone looking for an excellent Parasound amp....
