Melee headset one left speaker not working

I purchased my melee headset back in mid December, because lets face it, I couldn't wait to get my hands on a gaming headset made by Polk audio. Have had nothing but great things to say about the headset.
today however I went to use them and sound is no longer playing from the left speaker. The sounds will come on for a brief moment depending on how you hold them. I contacted warranty support and left my information including name email phone number and serial number on Wednesday but have not heard back yet. I'm wondering if there is another channel of communication I can use to hopefully send in the head set to be repaired.

You will get a better response if you call the number at the top of the page on the right.Sometimes emails fall through the cracks.Give them a call Monday I'm sure they will take care of you,Polk has very good customer service.
