PSW10 - suddenly no sound. Not a blown fuse -- help!

Hey Polk,
I was listening to music on a Yamaha receiver with the PSW10 hooked up using the line-in input (I set this up a few days ago, before that I was using speaker-level inputs and outputs on the sub.) It worked fine, I wasn't listening at an especially loud volume. All of a sudden, the bass cut out, and I realized the sub wasn't playing anything from this point on.
Looking at the back of the sub, the light is on (green). On the receiver, the subwoofer is turned on and everything is configured correctly.
I switched back to the setup I had before, the speaker-level inputs and outputs, to see if maybe it's a bad cable or the output on the receiver for the sub is bad. Nope, still no sound whatsoever from the sub.
Unscrewed the back and checked the fuse, and it looks perfectly fine, no problems. Put it back in, and, again, the light is green, when the setting is on "auto" it turns green once music starts playing, but there is no sound coming from the sub at all.
What should I do?
Thanks in advance.

Make sure your not in direct or pure audio modes. Is it under warranty?Oh, Listen here mister. We got no way of understandin' this world. But we got as much sense of this bird flyin in the sky. Now there is a lot that bird don't know, but it don't change the fact that the world is happening to him all the same. What I am tryin to say is, is that the course of your life, well its changing, and you don't even see it- Forest Bondurant

Hello,
Welcome to Polk's forum, I'm sorry you're having a problem. Check to see that the two wires coming from the bass amp to the woofer are firmly on the woofer's terminals. Sometimes one of them can become loose. If that isn't the case call Polk's CS department at 1-800-377-7655 and have your unit's serial number and date and place of purchase handy.
Regards, Ken -
The receiver is definitely configured correctly. Right now it's in DD5.1 mode, with the "SW" light on showing that the subwoofer is being sent a signal, and a 5.1 movie is playing. There's no sound coming from the sub.
I don't have another sub to test with, but plugging this one into another known working receiver gives me the same results.
Everything looks good on the inside. Fuse is fine, everything is plugged in firmly. It's still under warranty (bought only 3 months ago from Polk on Amazon) so it looks like I'll be calling CS on Monday. -
Sent in the amp, they sent us a new one. Replaced it, and still no sound.
Thoughts? Can I send in the entire subwoofer? Will I get refunded for shipping (it's going to be a lot, a big heavy package from NYC to Cali) -
Hello,
There's really only two components to the subwoofer, the bass amp and the woofer itself. If a new amp didn't solve the problem then Polk CS will send a new woofer. Just give them a call first thing tomorrow.
I'm sure this is frustrating, but they will get that straightened out quickly.
Regards, Ken -
That would be great. Thanks, I'll definitely give them a call tomorrow. Do you know where I can find a guide or some tips on replacing the woofer myself? It looks hard to get to.
edit: just realized I totally messed up the title, it's a PSW110 not a PSW10 -
Hello,
To remove the woofer you'll need a phillips screw driver and a putty knife. Take off the grille cover and remove the screws that hold the woofer onto the cabinet. Then use the putty knife to carefully go around the circumference of the woofer's basket and loosen the woofer up and pull it outward. Then disconnect the two wires that are connected with faston type connectors.
