Bought a bunch of speakers, the CS400i that came with them has a blown mid/woofer, it's part number is MW7204, I have a spare MW7203 which appears the identical save for a slight difference in cone color.

Same woofer different part number?

EDIT: Nevermind, I'm too anxious to post, they're different, appears the 7203 has a second magnet stacked on the back:

Purpose of the double stacking? Should be ok to toss in the CS400i with the other MW7204 right?

Probably a bucking magnet to shield interference from older CRT's...

Aaah, so it's like a secondary shield to the metal cap that? Or since the 7204 was newer, maybe they decided the 2nd magnet wasn't needed?

If so sounds like I'll be fine...Right? If so look for this in the classifieds soon.

That's my guess, might check with CS to find out for sure. I do know when I ordered a replacement driver for one of my LS50's it came with the extra magnet. I called Ken S and he told me that was the difference.
