Repair Help for Monitor Series 2 Bookshelf

My uncle gave me a pair of Monitor Series 2 bookshelf speakers, with a slight tear on (what I believe is called) the mid-woofer.

I have attached some pictures to this post.

Does anyone here know if I can replace this part?
