my srt 3000 home theatre dont work good

I have a 3000 srt that some of the speakers for the front left and right stopped working! When I bought the speakers had a rubber taken off the speakers and The Lords of The polkaudio sent a glue to the representative in Portugal which was then Galsom! Then there is no longer representative in Portugal got to send some mails to polk until today without Answer it happens that Srt is below the subwoofer and 8 speakers on top and has in each column that currently no speaker is working on 2 right and left columns.Now I wanted your help. I do not know if I have to buy all the speakers on the right and left frontal srt and how serious and that price and how can I get the speakers in Portugal?I am awaiting a reply as ready as possible in order to satisfy my problem. I appreciate your attention

    Do I understand correctly that none of the drivers (speakers) are working on both towers? If so, did both towers stop working at the same time?

    They stop work in same time !but i see and tray another speackers in same amplificador and works good!the problem is in drives (speackeres)this i have sure.

    If both towers stopped working at the same time the problem is with your SDA controller unit.

    The sda is good becouse i try with another speackeres. And they work good! When i put the Srt i listen the sound very but very low !the subwooferes work good but speackeres like your are listining a vinil disc without Speackeres if you understan..!!!

    I didn't think the SDA controller unit would work with other speakers. Anyway, I understand what you are saying about the low volume, so in that case it would likely be a problem inside the speaker cabinet. Forum member ESavinon is an expert on SRT systems, I'll ask him to look at this thread.

    O que acontece e que as colunas frontais tanto a direita como a esquerda nao estao a trabalhar!ouve-se tudo muito baixinho como se estivesse ouvir nuns headphones!nao e do amplificador pois ja liguei outras colunas e trabalham perfeitamente!nao tenho ideia a razao de nao estarem a trabalhar!os altifalantes frontais em cada coluna sao cerca de 8 senao estou em erro acontece que a borracha central de alguns altifalantes saltou !a borracha central e vese uma parte em metal do altifalante!obrigado pela vossa ajuda

    Told me to check in the cabinet crosses a cable that has some fuses which you can not work and cut the electrical continuity! Of Course I have to see with a multimeter!but i speack with a friend to see with multimeter

    I could not even check the fuses with a multimeter! Possibly tomorrow through the day with some technical support and the multimeter is already going to do the verification and test the SRT.

    But what the expert said SRT friend has a lot of logic because they are the two columns and possibly some discharge that may have damaged the fuses! It even has a lot of logic! who knows knows

    Could not fail to thank the staff here polk attention club and help you've given me up high! Undoubtedly have had support and help! Even with the language barrier to be different I'm Portuguese and certain technical terms my english not come so far! But at all times I have had the support and help of the staff club polk !Thanks guys
