RM6750 Sub no longer working

Bought a new RM6750 system 6 weeks ago. It worked at first but the sub no longer makes any sounds at all. Tried to run the auto setup on my Harmon Kardon amp, but nothing. All of the lights seem to come on, but no sound. Hooked it up to another amp that is older and uses speaker wire instead of RCA, still the sub didn't make a sound.

Any ideas. Could it just be broken and need to be replaced under warranty? Help appreciated.
