Whats up guys?
I got my APC J-15 just sitting around and it needs a new home. It's in 8/10 condition only due to age. It never left my cabinet and I have the box , manual and original factory power cord which never made it out of the box. Battery was only used once during Sandy to charge Cell phones and I tested the battery and it's in good working order.
I have plenty of pic's of it already posted on here with my gear shots over the last few years. If you want more pic's I will repost some of the ones I have of it. I think it's 3 years old now.
I'm looking to get $500.00 plus shipping, it's pretty heavy. I will however work with whoever wants to buy it and basically split the shipping costs.
I looked around on Ebay and the cheapest one was $550.00 . They seem to really hold good value as it should it's a awesome power center with 12 outlets.

PM me, email me , post here , I'm flexible.

Dan

    Hey Dan,

Was wondering what the difference between this unit and my H15 other than the battery backup.

The H-15 is a awesome unit and offers most of what the J-15 does. One thing it doesn't offer is Stepped approximation to a sine wave. I believe due to the fact the J-15 has a battery internally and can change from Ac to DC to AC can give a more pure Sin Wave out put. Most equipment runs it's best from a pure sin wave. You would have to step up to the S-15 to get a pure sin wave output.
if you have or plan on running a Computer in your system or anything with a Hard Drive, a battery back up is a very good thing to have. If you have a power outage, you now have time to properly turn off the computer so you don't harm the Hard Drive.
