Hey buddy nice to see you around. You've been a CP member for 7 months now but in the last few days have decided to post about 50 useless one line quips in multiple threads. It's pretty obvious you are wanting to get to 100 posts so you can sell something- good luck with that. Either try to actually contribute something meaningful or sell your gear somewhere else.

Why the hell should I have to report it when it's blatantly obvious to anyone paying any attention to the threads that his name pops up all over just like spam on the weekends? I'm sure I'm not the only one who noticed, I just decided to start my own thread to call him out on it rather than threadcrap someone else's thread that he's adding nothing meaningful to...........

Hey mods this guy is an asshat, please don't allow him into the flea market until he posts 500 useless posts.

    Thanks!

He didn't get banned for posting abuse. Note, he had 98 and now only has 95, so there were 3 posts deleted. One can venture to guess they were rather nasty, which will get you banned.

Ask questions, relate your experiences, post what you are listening to or talk about some movie you just saw, etc. It's easy to become a post ****.

Agreed. There are also a lot of beginners in the hobby who need advice, so look around and chime in where you can offer help.

I've been a member since 2001 and been watching j1mmy's post rise and the drama between HandyMan and j1mmy. His post count never went over 95 so not sure where the 98 comment came from. Looks like he got called out and banned for the many short quips cause I didn't see any posts that were bad... just the rate of posting. It also looks like the rules have changed since 2007 cause that is when I was able to see the items for sale and I did buy a pair of sweet monitor 10b's and a pair of 5's from NeilGabriel in K.C. But now I can't see the items for sale anymore. So whats and acceptable post rate and whats the limit for short quips so I don't get banned as I work my way to 100? I don't have anything to sell but I would like to see whats for sale and possibly buy.

The short answer is.....Participate. Don't just post 3 word comments. There's plenty of sections on all kinds of topics.

No one has ever been banned for that. Normally, they would have all their BS posts deleted, so something else went down this time.
