    It got down to 6 degrees the night before last near the Charlotte airport. That was apparently cold enough to freeze an entire gallon of Greased Lightning in our work trailer when it was only sitting 5 feet away from the heater. We ended up having to reconfigure the trailer contents so that the expensive equipment that can not freeze didn't end up freezing the next night that reached down to 11 degrees. If the equipment wasn't inside the house the night it got down to 6 degrees, we would have had one heck of a major repair bill [easily into the thousands] along with quite a bit of downtime. We got lucky.

    I saw on TV that DC got down to 1 degree. Ouch.

    This is my time to bask in the sun, because in another 5 months when it's over 100 I'll do anything to get out from under it.

    I spent my time after work today mountain biking in temps in the high 60's.
    My equipment sig felt inadequate and deleted itself.
