TSx300T speakers not performing the same

Hi There,
Recently purchased a set of two brand new Polk TSx300T speakers to replace old set of broken Mission speakers. Receiver staid the same, Pioneer SX-253R. New speakers are sized and connected properly but right away I've noticed that one speaker is not performing the same as the other one. On under performing speaker bass is not the same and you can tell clearly when getting closer to the speakers. It is less and not deep toned as the other one. At the receiver side, I've tried to switch left-to-right as well as speakers A-to-B and the result is exactly the same. Definitely, one TSx300T is under performing and few people confirmed it. Took the mesh out and confirmed that both large membranes are oscillating. As there is nothing to adjust at the receiver side nor speaker, just wondering what should I do next. I hate going back to the shop and replacing items I've purchased. I would rather go for a test and adjust/repair if needed.
I am from Toronto in Canada. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
Sloba

make sure that the jumper plates that connect the binding posts on the rear connect the top red to lower red and top black to lower black. That is if those speakers have 4 binding posts, and do you mean the 330's?

thats from their product page, note the gold colored plate, should have a hole on one end that the post goes the, and a slot that slides around the other one, you will need to unscrew the binding post on the ende with the slot, make sure it is under it, then screw it back down. you only unscrew the black or red platic piece, not the whole post.

Thank you seabeerob213. All looking good. Plates are sitting well. Connection tight, no issues.
Will try to get in touch with POLK tech support.
Just to confirm speakers are TSx330T.

Your receiver is about 25 years old, could possibly be the problem too. Try putting your old speakers back in and see if you notice the difference.

I had an identical issue described by the OP with my A7 that i noticed this past week.
Basically sound coming from one speaker was weaker than the other.

I swapped speaker positions and the problem followed the same speaker. This ruled out the cables and the receiver(NR818).

It turned out the source of the issue was a misaligned gold plate on the speaker. Once i fixed that last night, all seems to be well again after a quick test playing a cd.

I still have to run Audyssey to be sure the sound coming from both speakers is identical which was not the case with prior Audyssey runs before being absolutely certain i have resolved the issue.
