PSW110 Won't Power On

I noticed the other day when watching a move that the my PSW110 wasn't playing like it normally did. There was still a little bass, but nothing like it was before. It turns out that even though it was switched to "on", the green light wasn't on. The Red light goes on when switched in the "off" position, but no green light in the "on" position. Anything I can do to troubleshoot, or is a replacement part needed? Thanks!

Edit: I have the sub connected via LFE if that makes a difference.

I would CALL (not email) customer service @ Polk Audio phone number at top of page^^^ they can assist you. Good luck with you finding the problem. Randy

Hello florida61 and welcome to Club Polk. I would check the fuse first and if it isn't blown, that would indicate a problem with the bass amplifier. If that is the case, it would be best to call the Polk CS department at 1-800-377-7655 for help in getting things corrected. When you call them I would advise to have the unit's serial number and the date-of-purchase [or receipt] handy and they'll handle the rest. Best wishes for a speedy resolution in this matter and Happy Holidays.

I have to give props. I had a similar issue. I called customer service and within about 5 minutes, I am expecting a replacement amp in just a few days. No hassle. Not THAT is what I call customer service :)
