RTi12 or RTi A5 for fronts if just using receiver power?

I have brand new RTi A5s, CSi A6, and FXi A6s for my surround sound, along with a pair of PSW505 subs. If I only plan on running the speakers off my Pioneer Elite SC-63 receiver, is there any reason to get RTi12 front speakers? I can probably sell the RTi A5s for about the price I can pick up RTi12s for so cost would be a wash but I feel like they would be significantly underpowered which may actually make them sound worse then the RTi A5s?

I hated my A9's (same speaker) until I got an external amp. So much so I plugged my RT800i's back in until I had an amp.
So yes, get a big external amp, or stay with smaller speakers.Up

I already share a wall with my neighbor (townhome) not sure an amp will help that situation haha

I have a pair of Polk PSW505 subs so that is not a concern

Bigger isn't always better, stick with the A5's and enjoy.
Your speakers are all brand new, so they need a few hundred hours before the sound settles down. Don't judge anything until then.Political Correctness'.........defined

With two 505's and a shared wall I would be surprised if you can turn the volume up enough to justify a larger amp or speakers. I've no doubt the receiver and a5's will be loud enough to irritate your neighbor.Up

Okay thanks guys, decided to pass on the RTi12s, going to stick with the setup I have. Considering I am coming from a soundbar, I think it will already be more than enough
