surroundbar 5000/netflix conundrum

Hi... I'm running my panasonic smart tv into my soundbar and i will lose the audio completely from time to time... but only when watching netflix. Then i switch the channel from 1 to 2 and then back, and the audio returns. any ideas?

    My husband and I are having the same problem although we have a Samsung Smart TV. Bought it 1 week ago and only having the problem with Netflix. Would be nice to have it figured out; it's an inconvenience to return it.

    toggle the dolby digital settings on the tv and see if the problem persists or goes away..
