sowen...I'm watching it on a sony 65" rpt..... I have absolutly no issues with any of the conversions being from composite (laser disk), s-video (vcr, sat) or composit (dvd):cool:

Thanks for sharing your experience. I'm new here, just joined today. I have been using a Yamaha R-9 2 channel receiver for many years and have always loved it.
In the near future, I'll be shopping for an A/V receiver and your experience with the Onkyo / Denon / Panasonic / Yamaha will save me a lot of time.
Currently using Polk RTi38's on Sanus stands (cherry finished to match the speakers) for my front L / R. Purchased a CSi30 on sale at Electronic Express for $149, but not using it yet until I get the A/V receiver.Robert
