Heart: Heart, Dog & Butterfly, Magazine
Bob Seger: Night Moves, Against the Wind
    Chuck Mangione: Feels so Good

Don't sweat it Steve, I find myself in the same boat. Music today....where's the frickin' rifts.....the creativity ? They keep borrowing from something else and calling it new. Often times making it worse. Can anyone harmonize anymore ?

Not saying some newer music isn't good, I can appreciate talent even if I don't care for a certain type of music, but where the heck is the talent ? Seems to me....today....Country has a strangle hold in the talent department.

Every now & then I'll tune into VH1HD when they are doing the Top 20 countdown; in an effort to "find" some new music that I like, and I come away with NOTHING.

KEXP is the only radio I listen to and they are stellar. They play a lot of vinyl and the broadcast quality is very good. There is a lot of good new music and no need to be stuck 30 years in the past.
