SVS Speakers
Hey I just ran into this company.
Anyone else heard of them?
I like the direct buying idea I believe it keeps costs down.

Look into their Subs, they are very well known and praised.

My hotel room was right next door to SVS at RMAF. As SVS makes good subs there was nothing special imho about their speakers. Same goes with Brystons new speaker line.
If you were looking to put together mainly an HT setup sure why not. As for a 2 channel system there are better alternatives in the price range.2-channel: Modwright KWI-200 Integrated, Dynaudio C1-II Signatures
Desktop rig: LSi7, Polk 110sub, Dayens Ampino amp, W4S DAC/pre, Sonos, JRiver
Gear on standby: Melody 101 tube pre, Unison Research Simply Italy Integrated
Gone to new homes: (Matt Polk's)Threshold Stasis SA12e monoblocks, Pass XA30.5 amp, Usher MD2 speakers, Dynaudio C4 platinum speakers, Modwright LS100 (voltz), Simaudio 780D DAC

When I was young, I was Superman but now that old age has gotten the best of me I'm only Batman -
I've owned a lot of speakers over the last few years.. Polk LsiM's, Klipsch RF 82ii's, Def tech Mythos ST, Polk RTI 12's, and now SVS Ultra towers with there Ultra center channel. In my opinion you would very head pressed to find a speaker in this price range that could out do the ultras. The bass these towers can put out would put most subwoofers to shame. The highs are crystal clear with a very nice mid to follow. Find them very neutral sounding similar to the LsiM's but with the added low end the LsiM's are lacking. From pretty much any kind of music to full home theater these speakers are the real deal. Out of all the speakers I've owned over the years these are in my opinion truly the best

Nice, always been a fan of SVS. -
SVS makes great stuff, owned several of their subs but haven't heard the new speakers.
