Not mine but if I had some spare loot right now they would be. Hope they get a good home.

You don't have any SDA's in your gear list, so I guess that would be the answer to your question, right? Get on the ball man and go get them. You can thank me later... after your back recovers.

    Seriously though, grab them!

I'll amend that at some point. I didn't list everything I own. SDA 1C, Monitor 7, Monitor 10B and LSi9
I picked up a pair of 3.1 TL's in Aug or Sept. and that's when I really got involved in the Polk forum.
I would ''Love'' to have them that's for sure.

According to google maps it's about 2800 miles. hmmm... at 5 miles per hour average in my wheelchair it would only take 23 -24 days if I didn't stop for sleep, anybody got a 2800 mile extension cord.:wink:

Not sure where you would place then on your wheelchair but I am sure we can mod it to hold them. The issue is where you would place the amp and plug them in at.

    Lets see..........

Google maps says it is only a four day drive for me..........each way.

You know. If I had bought that motor home I was looking at I might make it a road trip.

Do you think that a pair of 2.3s is too much speaker for inside a motor home?

I would sadly have to say yes. Try getting them placed would be a nightmarish task and the drivers would not like the bumps very much.

I made a 3 1/2 hour one way trip last weekend to pick up a nice pair of 2.3TL's, very glad I did. Did I need them?...no, did I want them?...without question.

Don't be kickin' yourself come Monday morning when the add has disappeared and someone else has already got them set up in THEIR listening room.

I made a 4hr RT for my 2B's...few cups of joe and some tunes and all was good. For these, I wouldn't hesitate for a moment over 7 hrs. Maybe talk him down a hundred to cover for gas.

I asked the wife what do I do ??????

She said make him an offer silly boy (which means old man) LOL

Here's another problem. Last Sunday I traded for a pair of Infinity RS IIIb's w/ Emit tweeters (working of course)
Plus having room anywhere in the house for another pair of speakers is a problem too. At one time I had 30 pair
of vintage to modern speakers. No need to be there again.

    Sincerely....Woe Is Me

Hear ya, but the 2.3TL's could be your "last" speaker. They have been the final destination for a lot of members here that have been around the audio block....more than once.

He was nice enough to reply back. They sold right away for the full asking price on the 1st day.

I was already to late when I emailed him. So now I understand what a great deal the $100 was for my 3.1TL's
Even though the needed some new drivers.
