Surroundbar 4000 subwoofer stopped working

I've had my Surroundbar 4000 since last February and have had no problems until yesterday. I was listening to music through the soundbar and out of no where, the subwoofer just stopped working. The soundbar and subwoofer are set to the same channel they've always been on, and the light on the back remains a solid green which I assume means it's connected. I've tried changing channels, unplugging and plugging back in both but it still won't work. Any ideas on what else I can do?
