RTI 150 missing high frequency in buth speakers

Hi,

I have RTI 150 for years, I use Bi-wiring and I don't have any high frequency. I tray two different amplifiers with same re solutes.
Any help.

In all likelihood the tweeters have been damaged and are not working. Telephone Polk's CS department on Monday at: 1-800-377-7655 or via email at: polkcs@polkaudio.com. If you've owned the speakers less than five years and are the original owner have the speaker's serial number and date and place of purchase handy when you call. If you are outside the warranty period then mention you have joined CP for a reduced price on the replacements.
