Whats up everyone?
I find my self listening to my system for 2 channel stuff less and less during the spring and summer months.Basically I don't really listen at all unless I'm using my whole house audio system. I use the whole house audio system a lot cleaning the vehicles, doing house chores or Grilling. When hanging out on the deck, I like music on. I tend to focus my energy on Mountain bike riding and all the other summer things I really enjoy doing. When fall hits, this changes.

Today will be the first time I have planned on sitting down and getting back into 2 channel listening. It's also the time when I rip apart the system for a good fall cleaning, re wiring and maybe some upgrade thinking.

Also I'll probably be visiting HD Tracks along with some other HD sites , I have a pretty good list of them to check out some new music.

Fall is such a good time of the year, the very best beer comes out now and goes right into Stout season and winter beers which are my absolute favorite. I'm so looking forward to some Riverhorse Oatmeal milk Stout. Right now Pumpkin and Octoberfest brews are in full swing.

Today is going to be a good day,Nice Sunday morning workout light, a cleaning of the gear, choices in wire will be decided on what I'm gonna swap out( I got mad wire), heading to the Beer store to pick up some Octoberfest and Pumpkin, a killer roast for dinner, followed up with a great game with the Eagles and Broncos.

Sounds like a fun filled day Dan, enjoy it. It rained here yesterday so I'm fixing to get the mountain bike muddy, then pick the tomatoes and peppers as the season is over heck they are talking about frost next weekend. I agree fall is the best time of year, dove, phesant, duck hunting. To much to do until winter comes, then that's when the 2 channel works overtime.

I find that my habits are the opposite.

My rig is in the family room which opens onto my back patio - during spring and summer the door is open, music playing from my rig pretty much as soon as I get home from work to late into the evening.

I usually end up planted on the couch in the sweet spot as the tunes play.

In Fall/Winter - its football baby!!

And I don't listen just to music as much - as me and the boys will be watching the games: College on Saturday, and the Pros on Sunday.

    But - that's just me...

H9: If you don't trust what you are hearing, then maybe you need to be less invested in a hobby which all the pleasure comes from listening to music.

I would love to hop on the Xbox and shoot some stuff, I want another Chromehounds game. I have basically been in limbo since they turned off the servers for that game. I would be cool if they just turned on the servers and let us play again. I loved that game.

Well Paulander Octoberfest and I watched the game together and it just got ugly after a while. The Eagles all but gave up like they got the wind sucked out of them. 52-20 was a horrible game.

Glad to see the Broncos win . I see some holes in the Defense that needs attention. But with an offense like that man who knows how this season is going to end up.
