I want to upgrade from my old psw10 and am wondering if this might be an improvement.

Probably, having a passive radiator is usually a beneficial thing. What are the specs?Up

I would say yes, it looks to be an upgrade from a PSW10, most subs are. However, with only 30hz spec, I would pass. What would be your budget for an upgrade, maybe we can help a bit. Are you using this for HT or music?

I use the sub only for HT. I have: Rti10, Csi3, FSi3 and...PSW10!
I'm also looking to upgrade the CSi3 to CSi5. I'm telling just in case someone would like to get rid of one of those...;).
I live in Canada, so shipping/shipping cost may be a problem. -
