Hey kids. I'm back in NC and closing on a house. Lots of room and a wide open basement! On the lake!
I peed myself. Floor plans coming soon. Stay tuned.

That looks like it's going to be a kick a$$ home. Congrats!

Naw, he hated the territory and all of the old geezers. He decided to get a transfer back up here to work as a pole stripper at the Blue Oyster Bar. Let's just hope you do not have a pole in your backyard.

Nice house but he could've just bought Taylor Swift's three story (childhood home) and had it moved down there from Pa., instead? After all, Russ is, if nothing else, a classy guy! lol

Thanks guys. I'll be on your side of the world Eric. Over in Denver off Hwy 16. We added the three car garage to get the bigger bonus room upstairs.
    Thanks C. I feel classy:cool:

You must have went through Alabama and took a right hook. I don't think you are allowed in Georgia. They would have stopped you at the border. Welcome back to the South.

    What are the taxes?
I think it's around 64 cents on a $100 property tax. It's pretty darn cheap tax wise around here. No big urban areas to support.

Thanks, Carl. The lot is being prepped and cleared next week. Should be finished mid January. Sloped lot with a basement and poured walls. Takes alittle longer than the regular two story model. No worries.

    So, the BIG question is.....

Do you finally have the space for a dedicated listening room to put the most highly modified Polk Audio 1C's in the world to proper use?

Be careful on how you answer this as your knee caps depend on it.
